Please, help me save my son

Well, it took me a while to fight myself so I wouldn't get here. But I'm in a condition that already runs away my chances and I feel like it's time to ask for help. My name is Denize G De Oliveira 37 years old, Brazilian and currently live in Florida. I have a son who's six years old at the moment. My son at 4-year-old reported to me that he was being sexually abused by my still husband who is not my son's biological father and who had indeed been asking for the disestablishment of paternity since 2016 though 2018.
I reported the case to the local police and the next day came a social worker conducting the interview with my son. The social worker referred us to a care center NANCY J COTTERMAN CENTER for sexually abused children but, the same social worker did not refer the case to the center. When we got to the scene, I was speaking practically nothing of the language and they without having a reference to what was the case, my son was not answered on that day. For me it was a real frustation because I was facing a very hard situation and we had no support at all. We went to court and the case was closed by the DCF as duplicate...?! The DCF did not investigate the case and the child did not receive care. After the closed case, my still husband changed his mind and began to ask for custody of the child. during that time I caught my son abusing the cat at home. He was copying that he had suffered. I took my son to Womam in Distress where my son was attended by the child's lawyer who took my son's testimony and referred to us again to the Nancy J Cotterman center in Fort Lauderdale. But at the same time, the court granted on October 30, 2019, the custody of the child for the sex offender without even the child attending the treatment of therapy. I asked the court that at least let my son be attended first to the psychologist have a real vision of what the child was reporting. But this request was denied by the judge. On November 5, 2019, I went to get my son and I receive an order from the judge in which he was suspending my timesharing and with the conditions that I could only see my son supervised twice a week. I wasn't notified, and I didn't have the right of defense in court, too. They simply took my 5-year-old son away from me and delivered it to the sex offender's hands. From November 5, 2019 until today my son was already treated at the clinic pediatrician 11 times sick. I was removed from the clinic records. I was removed from my son's school records. I can't have contact with my son not being supervised, and I have to pay for the visitation. Since November I have been struggling to see my son because the same is never available. I went to the FBI to request for help with my case and I was arrested! That's right, arrested. I 37, mother of two, i was arrested. My husband even filed a complaint with me saying that I assaulted him and they believed him and I was arrested for it. They didn't believe my son when he said he was being sexually abused by this man but they believed this man when he said he was assaulted. I am totally discredited by the American fair and I can't understand how the law can work this way. This man abused my son, took my son from me, put me in jail for one night, lost my job because of this prison, I was evicted from home. He did all that he told me he would do. And nothing happened with him. It’s very hard to accept and understand that law. They simply took a child of 5 years old from his mother and environment without a reason and without think how this child will react with that....That’s why he’s coming presenting health problems 11 times in the clinic in just 3 months...This is too much!! We need help to pay a start retaining of $5.000 for the fist 10 hours of work of lawyer so she can assist me in this case and help me to get my son to his normal life again. I'm sure that she will pass this amount with this case. I'm not in good financial condition right now. This man even mess with my financial part. He abused of my son, took my son from me, put me in a jail, I loose my job, I was invicted and nothing happened with him. I never imagined in my life doing what I'm doing now... asking for help..But my love needs me and our mom's just do whatever is necessary for them. I pray that you can understand our situation. And will thank each of you for the gesture of helping me save my Son. I hope that I can help another time someone too.
