Al Noor Islamic School is a nonprofit private institution working to provide an excellent Islamic and Academic program to all students. Our school is the only institution that offers an affordable quality education that does not turn students away for lack of funds. Al Noor Islamic School is a necessary institution for the Muslims living in Wilkes-Barre, PA. It provides a safe haven where our children can learn and grow as Muslims in America. We have been successful in providing this service, but we need your help to continue to offer our services to the community.

 

There are many donation options available. The following are some suggestions:

 

1. Sponsor a student. (Tuition-$400/monthly, Books and supplies-$400/yr = $4,000./yr)

 

2. School sponsor (A monetary commitment of your choice yearly or monthly)

 

3. A noncommittal donation of your choice. All donations are greatly appreciated any amount

 

Allah (swt) says, “Who will lend Allah a good loan so that he may increase it many times.” (S2:245)

 

Our community is hopeful to see this institution succeed and prosper. You can be part of this vital endeavor in providing the Muslim youth with high-quality Islamic and Academic education by supporting with a generous donation.

 In Islam, there are many acts which can lead to immeasurable reward – both today and in our Hereafter; these acts are commonly referred to as sadaqah jariyah.

In the same way, teaching someone how to recite the Holy Qur’an is something which will bring you continuous reward even after you die, as every time that person recites the Holy Qur’an, or in turn, teaches someone else the Holy Qur’an, you are benefitting from the rewards for each of those people.

“Surely the men who give sadaqah and the women who give sadaqah and have advanced a good loan to Allah SWT; for them it will be multiplied and for them there is a noble reward.”
