Arabelle's Fundraiser - The Little Princess Trust
Losing your hair is one of the most traumatic things for any little girl to experience when going through cancer treatment. The Little Princess Trust donates a free, real hair wig to help restore confidence and identity but each wig costs £750 to make.
Arabelle has seen how traumatic this has been for her big sister and she said that somewhere in the world someone has donated their hair to help her sister and she would like to do the same for another child with cancer. At the start of this journey, she said she wanted to grow her hair as long as needed to be able to donate it to the Trust.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. She felt it was important to cut her hair this month, to help raise awareness of the trauma that children go through when losing their hair while undergoing the gruelling treatment for cancer. Please donate as little or as much as you wish. All funds will go directly to the Trust to help make these wigs and also to fund the much-needed research to find a cure for childhood cancer.
Together we can find a cure for this horrendous disease!
