Andy Lay's Medical Fund

On behalf of Andy Lay's friends and family within the tight-knit hockey community, we are raising money to help pay medical bills for Andy.

On 11/20/15, Andy was playing hockey and went into the boards head first, without having a chance to get his arms out front to brace or cushion the impact. 

Andy was in surgery all day today to repair injuries to multiple vertebrae in his neck.  We are all hoping and praying for Andy's complete recovery, with no sensory and/or movement deficits.  

Your help would be greatly appreciated to support one of our own.....and we are thankful to each and every donator!!

Memo to all donators:

This GoFundMe account was set up by Jeff & Sharon Worlton. Jeff coached Andy for 2 years in MI, Andy has stayed at our house in WI, and he even brought back a dog to WI for us!! :)

Jeff spoke to Andy's father to let him know about the campaign and inform him that the funds will be directed to him for withdrawal when he is ready.   We will not be withdrawing the funds ourselves.
