Hi my name is Linda and I’m David’s mom

This fund has been set up for David Martin. He is my second son and is 47 years old. He was recently diagnosed with colon cancer that has spread to his liver. He has no insurance but hopes to get some help from the Cancer Institute in Mobile, Alabama. He has two beautiful daughters at home and they both love him so much. His oldest daughter Kierstin is 20 years old and has been by her daddy’s side for every day and every night that he’s been in the hospital .She has not left him . David’s youngest daughter Piper is 7 and she adores her daddy. David will be out of work for an indeterminate amount of time. He has no other income. He had a major 5 hour surgery April 7, 2023 to remove the colon cancer. He will start chemo in a month for his liver cancer and will need at least one more surgery. David has always made himself available to help others when the needed help. His sense of humor has made us laugh innumerable times. He has always been a hard worker rarely missing a day of work. He has a strong sense of family and an unbreakable love of God. Now he needs help and it’s my turn to try to help him with living and medical expenses. So I’m reaching out to friends, family, and anyone who can help him with this financial burden so he can take care of his girls and have a place to live and pay his medical bills and living expenses.
