Arizona Abortion Provider Needs Help After Roe

Hi, my name is Paul Isaacson, MD. For the last 24 years, I have been an abortion provider in Phoenix, Arizona and the co-owner of Family Planning Associates Medical Group. Throughout my career, I have provided kind, compassionate, and competent care to women in Arizona who chose to end their pregnancies. Each day I walked past screaming, threatening picketers to enter my workplace. Each year I fought the State of Arizona in court as they imposed one abortion restriction after another. For now, we have lost. With Roe v Wade overturned, we have been forced to close our clinic.

Our daily activities have changed from providing reproductive options for pregnant people to packing up equipment and supplies. Although we are not seeing patients, we have many ongoing expenses, including rent, health insurance, malpractice insurance, equipment leases, and many others. We also need help supporting our staff as they transition to other jobs.

Despite all the challenges, we have been here when you needed us. Now we need you. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. We hope the day comes when abortion is again available in Arizona and across our country. Until then, we thank you for your help!
