Arkus Hiraya NICU Fund

Arkus Hiraya (Colorful Dreams) was born on October 7th, 2019, at 12:28pm. It was a regular day for prenatal check-up but results from NST prevailed that Hiraya needs to go out that day, two weeks early. Several months back, Sarah and Jerann were overjoyed that their second child would be a boy after being blessed by a beautiful baby girl 5 years ago.

Before they were able to hold their newborn son, Hiraya was suddenly placed to NICU level 3 from delivery room because he was unable to breathe well. As the evening progressed, it became apparent that his medical situation was quite complex. Hiraya’s both lungs were unable to expand due to several small holes causing pneumothorax.

To help him breathe, he's been hooked up to ventilators and  continues to receive nutrition, antibiotics, and pain medicine through PICC lines. Hiraya is blessed to have utmost medical treatment at The Medical City; however, both parents who works online from home would not be able to sustain this level of intensive care that comes at a high cost. Hence, we seek to your generous heart to help this young family overcome this unforeseen event after expectantly waiting for nine months.
