Arlee’s Army - help her on her fight against AML
Our dear friends, Kelli and Luke
O’Mahoney and their beautiful three
year old daughter Arlee, need our help!
After presenting to hospital on Monday 29 March 21 with tonsillitis symptoms,
Kelli and Luke received the life changing
diagnosis that Arlee had Acute Myeloid
Leukaemia (AML) - a rare form of
Leukaemia in children.
As a community, we are all wanting to
support this young family through the
journey ahead of them.
This fundraiser has been set up to help
lighten the immediate financial
consequences of having a child in
hospital. For the foreseeable future, Kelli will be unable to work, and Luke’s pest
control business will be operating at a
significantly reduced capacity.
Unfortunately, life expenses do not stop when a child is sick. Arlee will have long
and frequent hospital admissions, so
Luke & Kelli will be constantly between
the Royal Children’s hospital and their home in Coomera over the next 12 months.
With Arlee’s condition, on top of tight
Covid restrictions, there are limited
ways we can show our love and support
to this family. So many have asked if they can help - here is how you can!
Let’s give the O’Mahoney’s one less thing to worry about - please donate whatever
you can. We want them focused on the
health and care of Arlee.
