Armando Ortiz Jr. was a bright minded and enlightened young man. Better known as "Junior" to his family and peers, Junior enjoyed working on cars and spending time with those closest to him. Junior was a heavy equipment operator at Fred Smith Company in Raleigh, NC for nearly 2 years.
