To raise funds for Guy Lamarche to help him relocate his bunkie.
Arnprior homeless advocate and homeless man Guy Lamarche has been given to the end of the month to move his bunkie off the Carp, Ontario property he was given permission to build it on.
Now he's working on a Plan B. The next challenge is to find a place to put it. Ideally, he is hoping to place it somewhere temporarily in a very visible and accessible area in Arnprior so that people could come see his bunkie, learn about it and ask questions,
Guy Lamarche is a local man of Arnprior, Ontario.
He tirelessly built himself a bunkie with reclaimed & repurposed materials on his own and with generous help from within the community that he is proud to call home.
Guy has his own personal blog on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/FrugalMan.ca/
Please feel free to go read his story & learn more about this wonderful man.
The town of Arnprior has accepted this man wholeheartedly as one of their own.
Guy has chosen to live his life on his own terms. One that is sustainable, purposeful and admirable in it's pure simplicities.
They say it takes a village to raise a child. It can also take a village to raise one's spirits and give a helping hand when in need. Right now, Guy needs that helping hand.
I am asking everyone and anyone to help if they can.
