Arpeggio's Medical Bills

Hi friends!

My name is Rainie and I need some help to cover my kitty's medical bills. He has an infected abscess in his tooth and needs several teeth pulled. The quote from his vet is over $2,000 and I just do not have that kind of savings.

I got Arpeggio in 2008 less than a month after my dad passed away when I was 16. My mom asked me "What do you need to take your mind off of the pain?" and I replied, "A trip to Disneyland and a kitten, please". We held my dad's funeral and then got in a car the same day and drove to Disneyland. Immediately upon returning home, we searched the shelters for a kitten to no avail. We turned to the "wanted" ads in the newspaper and found a woman selling Persian kittens about an hour away from us. Her apartment was full of cats, swarming around her legs when she let us in. She had me sit in the middle of the living room and laid a bowl of milk in front of me. Even more cats and kittens poured in from all corners to drink the milk but one tiny baby came to me instead of the milky treat. He crawled in my lap and looked at me with his big blue eyes and we didn't need to see anything else. I named him "Arpeggio" on the drive home (plucking it from a song in the movie "The Aristocats"). I poured all of my attention into this little guy. I slept with him on the floor of the bathroom filled with blankets and toys. I took him to school with me (which they allowed because they were thrilled to see me even attending school after the loss of my father). I have spent maybe three years not living with him in his entire life and I am not exaggerating when I say that he holds my entire heart.

I will gladly give every cent I have to make him healthy again, but if y'all could spare anything to help me that would make a world of difference. He is a very special guy and anyone who has met him will tell you the same. Thank you so much!
