Lawsuit for Equal Treatment of Weddings & Events

The time is now to step up and work together! We are raising funds to cover the legal costs to see this through and take the next steps necessary. Arrowhead Golf Club in Western New York, has already made the first significant step by investing $40,000 in a lawsuit for couples to have their 120 guest weddings take place. On August 7, 2020 a federal judge granted an injunction against the NYS limitation of 50 people (DiMartile vs. Cuomo). This is a huge win for everyone in the Wedding & Event Industry in NYS, and will lead the way for safe events to take place at 50% capacity, just like restaurants.
