Art Shurlock Needs your help!

Dear UCLA Gymnastic Community,

Art Shurlock is at the final stages of his life and needs round trip transportation to his Kidney Dialysis 3 times per week.

His Medicare insurance will no longer pay for his transportation with gurney service to Dialysis. Coach's wife Alice has asked me to reach out to all his gymnastic friends to help them pay for the transportation costs. They have limited resources and are not able to pay for this out of pocket. After calling a few Transportation companies that provide gurney service, I discovered that none take Medicare. A 12-mile round trip will cost around $450-$500.

Any help is greatly appreciated. His last insurance-covered transportation ends next week.
