Acquire Tool to Create Graphic Novel.

Hello and thank you for viewing my page. My name is Cody, I currently work in food service. I have been trying for years to make the jump from being a guy that makes sandwiches and is an amateur artist, to a guy that is a professional artist who eats sandwiches. I currently do all of my digital art without the tools I need to ensure quality artwork over all of my pieces.

I am working to write and illustrate a graphic novel of my own creation. I have been working on the story and background for years. I call the graphic novel "The Control Chronicles". It follows the adventures of a handful of characters while they explore a scarred world filled with people who are controlled by a number of different forces, (media, religion, politics .. etc.). These characters find worlds beyond our own and go on mind-twisting travels with a slight western theme as the backdrop.

The goal is for the equipment needed to create the novel. All of the art will be created on a digital medium, so the proper tools needed are out of my price range. The main piece of equipment needed is a Wacom Cintiq 24 HD Touch. It is a drawing peripheral that interfaces with programs like Sketchbook Pro. It allows for amazing control over drawing software that I have only been able to dream about.

I already have the software needed and the computer to run the operation, now I need help to get the piece of equipment that I actually will be interfacing with to create the novel that will hopefully start my career as a professional artist.
