Arthas Neurologist Visit

My name is Heather and I am the furmom of Arthas a 2. 5 year old Australian Shepherd with a neurological condition due to a post tail docking neuroma. Arthas had his tail docked after he was born by a vet and has had some issues with urinary and fecal incontinence since, but lately he is having issues evacuating his bowels and bladder all together. After our 3 trips to his regular DVM this week his Internal Medicine doctor was consulted to see if there was anything he could do. Per his recommendation he's suggesting Arthas to return to the Neurologist for diagnostics to be done and see if the new issues are a result of his condition worsening and Arthas losing the ability to empty his bladder and bowls independently. I am humbly asking for assistance with the funds for the Neurologist to help figure out what is the next step for my boy. Any help would be greatly appreciated
