Arthur and George Perry

Arthur and George Perry was born early at 25 weeks at the 13 weeks scan they were told they had a chance of Twin to twin then confirmed at 20 weeks that the twins had Twin to Twin transfusion which means one twin was poisoning and slowly killing the other they which then got worse so fast they decided to send her in for a lazer operation through key holes in the belly to split the placenta in two so they had half each and was old there was only 25% chance of one twin surviving and 10% chance for them both after this operation her water started to leak causing infections which lead to being in the hospital for a few weeks on steroids and antibiotics after just a few days at home she was rushed in an ambulance with blue lights up to liverpool as they were very concerned for the twins and their chance of being born alive, they did everything to try and keep the boys inside until the 29th of July at 25 +6 weeks where they had to send mum for an emergency c-section Arthur was born at 1lb 5.6oz and George at 1lb 3.8oz both babies we’re then in special care on loads of machines, they then had to split they boys and George needed to be operated on in Alder Hay and his Brother Arthur is still in Arrowe park hospital in Wirral and they will remain for the next few months , separating them has absolutely broke the parents hearts as they cant be with both but baby needed life threatening surgery and is stable at the moment.

The parents are very hard working proud people and would never ask for any help but at this difficult time both are currently not being able to work as the babies need them and they want to be the every step to help their twins overcome everything, we would like to at least help bring the stress of them being able to eat and afford fuel to travel from one hospital to another to see both their babies and being able to come home to spend time with their 3 year old son also, any contribution to help towards the cost of the petrol to come and go to liverpool and so that they can eat while travelling would be truly appreciated
