Arthur James Thompson, Funeral and Burial

My dear beloved husband and partner of almost 19 years, Arthur Thompson, went in for dental implant surgery on April 22 at 7:00 am, and was under sedation medication. The surgery was complete and they were pulling him out of the sedation when his heart rate suddenly began to decline, he went into cardiac arrest, and was pronounced deceased at the ER at 9:22 am. We are deeply saddened and devastated by this tragedy.

Arthur worked full-time for America Airlines as an Operations Manager. He enjoyed playing golf, his saxophone, listening to music, playing with his pets at home, cooking, watching his favorite TV shows like Seinfeld, Bar Rescue, Penn & Teller, CSI Miami and of course PGA golf and Dallas Cowboys football. He will be missed immensely beyond words.
