Hi, I am the mother of Arthur Brosnan, an intelligent and Amazing almost 5 year old with Cerebral palsy; right sided hemiplegia. As NHS can only provide an indoor electric wheelchair we are fundraising to get a full time electric wheelchair for him to use all the time. We are not expecting anything and are arranging a fundraiser this summer.
