Dear Friends and Loved Ones,

Some of you know that my father, Arthur Howe, was diagnosed with stage 4 renal metastatic cancer in June, 2020. Until now, this has remained a private matter, but, since recently, as cancer has spread to new parts of his brain, and in mid-July 2021, Gamma Knife Radiation was applied, he’s in the midst of his latest healing as this is written. In the midst of this respite (we hope it lasts) we decided to pursue Go Fund Me. For now, he’s feeling relieved and blessed to function with fewer headaches, dizziness, and worries. Dad has been valiantly facing this whole process - getting both modern conventional medical and advanced natural treatments. Cancer is fickle, so Dad’s’ been unable to post regularly on Facebook to keep in touch with you – another reason he’s now disclosing publicly. He’s not been able to work much this past year (& now not at all), paying “just enough” of his medical bills and unforeseen expenses as they pile up, so, family and friends are asking for loving prayers and whatever donations you can make to give assistance at this time. With Stage 4 Cancer, there can be great triumphs 1 day / week / month or setbacks great or small the next, yet, in so many ways - thank God - we have seen much healing – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. We will update you on dad’s situation as things move forward. We ask that you observe patience and not ask for constant details in this fluid situation. Details – even for us – come slowly and are ever changing. We are extremely grateful for the love and the prayers and support we are all receiving. Our hearts are full.
