Support the launch of Artist Stories by Atha

Artist Stories by Atha is a digital platform that showcases curated collections of emerging artists. Our mission is to supports artists by giving them an opportunity to formally introduce themselves to the industry. Rather than having to create their own websites or rely on gallery representation, Artist Stories is the intermediary between the artist and the public.

We are only at the very beginning of this journey, and as we work to get Artist Stories by Atha off the ground, there are of course start up costs. We have a fundraising goal of €511 EUR ($775 CAD), all of which will go towards launching Artist Stories and creating The Paris Collection. An itemized budget has been included below and can also be found here.

Our largest expenses will be from the website hosting service and compensating artists. The Paris Collection will kick off with a public event to mark the project’s launch, allowing our supporters to meet the artists featured in the collection and enjoy a screening of one of their original works.

Note: Coco Maxwell is also using Artist Stories by Atha as the Title 7 Cultural Project that is required to complete her graduate studies. Maxwell is currently enrolled as a student at IESA arts & culture where she is pursuing an MBA in Contemporary Art.
