Visual Philosophy studio is an artist community, incubator and education center. We are an art hub in San Jose and the Bay Area . We provide 13000 square feet of studio space, equipment and host the School of Visual Philosophy-- a non profit art school with an emphasis on practice, theory and entrepreneurship that serves the greater community.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have cancelled all classes, events, and gatherings. We have currently stopped all in person business.
Our fundraising goal is one months rent for our space. The funds will go directly to our 32 studio artists and the non profit school, and Visual Philosophy's overhead costs. During this time of crisis and financial instability these funds will establish a need based financial aid system that will benefit and sustain the arts while we all work together though this difficult time.
