Arts on Fire, Pittston City

Arts on Fire; Pittston City, is an effort to raise money to dress up the fire hydrants of Pittston City. With approval of City officials, the Fire Department and Pennsylvania American Water the funds raised will be used for artist's commissioned work. 15 fire hydrants have been selected to start from Kennedy Boulevard to Sullivan Park's Pittston City Little League.  Did you know there are more than 100 fire hydrants in the city of Pittston?  When this project is complete we hope to continue on to more hydrants through-out the city.
