Arturo Lomeli gone too soon

Dear friends and family,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my cousin Arturo Lomeli. Arturo was called to heaven today January 13, 2021. Arturo and I and his siblings grew up together and raised as brothers and sisters. Today I want to help them  raise money to cover the funeral expenses. Losing a loved one is very difficult as you can imagine but losing someone during this pandemic has been very heartbreaking. Knowing my aunt, uncle and cousins were not able to physically hold their son and brother’s hand to say their final goodbye  is devastating to say the least. I am asking you all for your  help as the Lomeli family is going through this difficult moment.  All donations will go to cover the cost of laying Arturo to rest peacefully. Thank you to anyone who can find it in their heart to make any donation as any amount is appreciated and extremely helpful. Please share to spread the word to others. Thank you all and God bless! Only you know. Only you hold the truth to the mystery we call thee unknown. When pieces are broken. Pieces are scattered. We must look to you to help fight our battles. There’s no wound too deep nor loss to great to render or give up calling defeat. We hold on to your truth and to your promises. You have spoken “the Lord is close to the broken-hearted”. When our spirits are crushed there’s no expression of joy. Only expression of sorrow. But you my God give us hope for a better tomorrow.

Queridos amigos y familia,
Con gran pesar les anuncio el fallecimiento de mi primo Arturo Lomeli. Arturo fue llamado al cielo hoy 13 de enero de 2021. Arturo, yo y sus hermanos crecimos juntos y nos criamos como hermanos y hermanas. Hoy quiero ayudarlos a recaudar dinero para cubrir los gastos del funeral. Perder a un ser querido es muy difícil, como puede imaginar, pero perder a alguien durante esta pandemia ha sido muy desgarrador. Saber que mi tía, mi tío y mis primos no pudieron sostener físicamente la mano de su hijo y hermano para decir su adiós final es devastador, por decir lo menos. Les pido a todos su ayuda ya que la familia Lomeli atraviesa este difícil momento. Todas las donaciones se destinarán a cubrir el costo de colocar a Arturo en paz. Gracias a todos los que pueden encontrar en su corazón hacer una donación, ya que cualquier cantidad es apreciada y extremadamente útil. Solo tu sabes. Solo tú tienes la verdad del misterio que llamamos desconocido. Cuando se rompen los pedazos. Los pedazos están esparcidos. Debemos acudir a usted para que nos ayude a librar nuestras batallas. No hay una herida demasiado profunda ni una pérdida demasiado grande para rendir o dejar de llamar derrota. Nos aferramos a tu verdad y a tus promesas. Has dicho que “el Señor está cerca de los quebrantados de corazón”. Cuando nuestro espíritu está aplastado, no hay expresión de alegría. Única expresión de dolor. Pero tú, Dios mío, nos das la esperanza de un mañana mejor.
