Hello bonswa,

Please help us to raise money to take care of the families after the loss of ASAP Jexus and those with him on Nov. 4th.

My name is Nick Cannell. I was a friend of Asap, and worked with him a lot early in his music career as the Executive Director for Konbit Mizik, which signed G-Shytt as up-and-coming artists and helped to produce some of their early hits. Members of G-Shytt and their extended family have asked my help during this time of need.

What I am:

- a friend of Asap Fresh, his family, and all his fans and community

- an honest person

- a soldier for Haiti

What I'm not:

- acting on behalf of myself or Konbit Mizik

- offering tax-deductible donations through Konbit Mizik

- raising funds for anything other than funeral/memorial costs and ongoing family support at this time.

Last thing I will share is that for me and others close to Asap, after he died we all agreed that there is no "tomorrow" for us to respond, and to act. While we don't yet know the path forward, we know that we must start with serious, ongoing, and productive conversations in order for us to start to formulate an action plan.
