Ascención García-Castillo

Ascencion Garcia-Castillo was a wonderful husband, father, and friend who dedicated his life to serving his family and his community. While working his full-time agricultural job, Ascención also served the Chelan County Community through his passionate ministry work and service. Ascención truly reflected the love of Jesus in his life and he positively impacted the lives of all who knew him.

Unfortunately, on October 12, 2022, while driving home from work, Ascencion was involved in a deadly car accident involving an unsecured load. While we know that through his faith and relationship with Jesus, Ascencion has received the gift of eternal life, his family is deeply saddened and impacted by his loss. Ascención’s wife, daughter, and three sons are now facing the huge loss of their emotional, spiritual, and financial provider. Please support Ascencion’s family through prayer during this difficult trial and please pray for the driver of the semi and his family as well. As we know that all involved need the Lord’s peace and healing during this difficult time. We also kindly seek your financial support to assist the Garcia Family with the financial burdens that they are currently facing.

Ascencion García-Castillo fue un maravilloso esposo, padre y amigo que dedicó su vida a servir a su familia y a su comunidad. Mientras trabajaba en su trabajo agrícola de tiempo completo, Ascención también sirvió a la comunidad del condado de Chelan a través de su apasionado trabajo y servicio ministerial. Ascención verdaderamente reflejó el amor de Jesús en su vida e impactó positivamente la vida de todos los que lo conocieron.

Desafortunadamente, el 12 de octubre de 2022, mientras conducía a casa desde el trabajo, Ascención estuvo involucrada en un accidente automovilístico mortal que involucró una carga no asegurada. Si bien sabemos que a través de su fe y relación con Jesús, Ascensión ha recibido el regalo de la vida eterna, su familia está profundamente entristecida e impactada por su pérdida. La esposa, la hija y los tres hijos de Ascención ahora enfrentan la gran pérdida de su proveedor emocional, espiritual y financiero. Apoye a la familia de Ascención a través de la oración durante esta difícil prueba y también ore por el conductor del semirremolque y su familia. Como sabemos, todos los involucrados necesitan la paz y la sanidad del Señor durante este momento difícil.
