Asher’s Final expenses
Donation protected
I do not know how to start this update. It is with a shattered heart and the heaviest weight that I share this message with you all. As may of you know my nephew Asher had been fighting a rare brain cancer. The morning of March 24, 2022 at 6:31 am he lost that battle. I would like to thank all of you that sent prayers and donations to his go fund me as well as your well wishes and heartfelt words of support. This family has been through so much and I wanted to let everyone following his progress know that he is at rest. Please continue to pray for his family. And if possible every donation helps.
Asher was only 6 months old when, what we thought was an ear infection, turned out to be some of the most devastating news a parent could ever hear. Brain Cancer.
He has a rare brain cancer that is growing on his brain stem and threatening his ability to control things like swallowing and breathing.
Recent scans have shown that despite the doctors hard work and this little man’s fierce fighting spirit, current therapy is no longer working as we hoped and we are praying for another course of action. Until then, the goal is just to get him out of the hospital while the doctors work on a new plan so he can be with his siblings and close family as much as possible.
Both of us have lost our incomes and have been living on social security while we travel back and forth to Boston to get Asher the treatment he needs. All the while juggling our three other kids Jack (13), Zander (10), and Cora (7).
We are trying to raise this money to provide for not only the steadily rising medical bills, but for the cost of driving to and from Boston for treatments and admissions Asher has had due to complications, child care for the other 3 kiddos, lost wages, and basic living expenses. We hate to ask for help but we are in desperate need of financial support so that we can focus on what truly matters at the most difficult time of our lives.
If financial support isn’t possible (we understand!) just heartfelt prayers and sharing Asher’s story would be mean the world to us. Thank you!
