Asheville, NC friends and community crisis intervention

Hi, this is Branden, Carin and our dog Eva . We are longtime residents of Asheville, and are devasted by the damage of Hurricane Helene in our beloved Western North Carolina. While we have been so fortunate to not have significant loss to our home, the loss of resources and work will be impacted indefinitely. We have seen that direct funds to people in our area for supplies, lost work, or evacuation resources can be more effective than waiting on federal aid. We have direct communication to friends, local non profits, and mutual aid organizations who are in need and doing everything they can to help themselves and the community. A donation would not only help us, but would help us alleviate the short term crisis so many of our community are facing, as we all prepare to face the long term challenges of repair.
