Alex and Ashleigh

Bartholomew Allen Gertel was born on July 30, 2020, to Alex and Ashleigh. He was taken to the hospital on August 9, 2020, and life-flighted to Columbus Children's Hospital soon thereafter. Since then it has been a crazy time for him and his family currently they are still waiting on test results as to what is actually going on for sure and what steps need to be taken to get Barry and his parent's home. During this time both Alex and Ashleigh need to be there for the child, and thankfully their other two children right now are being taken care of by wonderful people.  I started this gofundme account to help them take one less worry off their mind. All the money donated will go to helping them with food purchases and bills that they will have there and when they come home. Both Alex and Ashleigh are amazing people that I have known for years and have become my second family. I have watched them help others with food, clothing, gas, or whatever someone would need. Today I'm asking that we help them like they have helped others whatever the donation you make big or small is going to mean the world to them! Please also continue to pray that Barry and his parents can come home soon and be with the rest of their loved ones.
