Ashleigh's medical expenses

My name is James Chervanik, and I want to thank you for taking the time to read Ashleigh's story. Ashleigh holds a special place in my heart as one of my closest friends for many years. Her unwavering dedication as a surgical nurse has touched countless lives, but now she finds herself in a different role - as a patient in the ICU.

During the fourth of July weekend, Ashleigh suffered a devastating ruptured blood vessel in her head, causing stroke-like symptoms that turned her world upside down. It was a sudden and terrifying turn of events that none of us could have anticipated. Ashleigh is not alone on this challenging journey. She is blessed to have the love and support of Jake, her fiancé, who has been by her side every step of the way. Together, they face the challenges that lie ahead.

Currently, Ashleigh is receiving 24-hour care in Temple, Texas, where she has undergone multiple surgeries in a fight to save her life. Ashleigh is on the road to recovery, but there is a long journey ahead.

The funds we raise through this GoFundMe campaign will help ease the financial burden on Ashleigh's family by covering their hotel and travel expenses while she receives treatment in Temple. Secondly, the funds will assist with the mounting medical costs of Ashleigh's hospitalization and the subsequent recovery period. As you can imagine, the expenses can be overwhelming, and any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful impact on Ashleigh's journey to healing.
