Hey there everyone! This is Caitlin (Ashley’s assistant) and Emily (Ashley’s sister). I’m sure most of you are aware that Ashley is currently not working right now, so we would like to take this time to update everyone
On January 29th Ashley went in for a colonoscopy and immediately found out she had a mass that blocking her colon from working correctly. They told her immediately it was cancerous. On February 5th she went in for surgery to remove the mass and they found four more small masses on her liver that were also cancer.
Right now her next step is to heal from surgery and then start chemo so that way the cancer is not trying to pop up all over. We won’t know the next steps from there until she talks with the oncologist, but we will keep you updated.
If you know Ashley you know she is not the one to ask for help. She is the most selfless person we know. The only thing she is asking for is prayers. With her being out of work for who knows how long and medical bills to come, this is the only other way we know to help her. We love her so much and just want her to have to worry about getting better and spending time with her family If you can’t donate just please pray.
