Help Ashley to retain legal counsel

Hello, my name is Ashley. I am raising money for a lawyer as I need one to sue my former employer.
I am a person with a disability. I was diagnosed on August 30th, 2024 with a condition called Functional Neurological Disorder. My employer, while seeming empathic at the time, the situation ended up being my worst nightmare.
I left the hospital in a 4 wheeled walker. This I informed my employer of. On day one of my returning back to work there were no disability friendly washroom's in the entire building, or push buttons to enter. I needed a bathroom buddy to go to the bathroom.
I also could not access my work area as the security door was too heavy for me to open.
Their solution was to isolate me away from my team in a accessibility friendly building. This did a number on my mental health being isolated from my team and not being there to collaborate.
On Friday October 18th there was a fire alarm. Earlier in the week I was called by HR to go over the safety plan. This included my going down a service elevator when all the other elevator went out of service. This elevator did not work on this day. I was ushered into an office and a bag of gas masks was pulled out and I had a panic attack. I was not prepared for this and not to leave the building. I was then told this was a drill and to "calm down"
Over the weekend, I was so anxious, worried I would not be able to get off the 18th floor in an emergency that I emailed my Team Leader, Health & Safety, and Human Resources, stating I did not feel safe and I wanted confirmation the elevator was in working order before I returned to work on Monday.
I returned to work, and I was fired - without cause. This is clear reprisal.
I am raising money to retain legal counsel. All funds will be used for legal counsel and costs towards court.
