Ashley's Full Mouth Reconstruction
Donation protected
Hello My name is Ashley, I have osteogenesis Imperfecta, which is a brittle bone disease that I have had since birth. Part of my OI is the breakage of my teeth and wearing down. I have been working with a dentist and the University Of Minnesota and we have created a plan to help me get a full mouth reconstruction. The total cost is $35,000, which I would not be able to pay off anytime soon. I need about $5,000-$7,000 to start the process of getting it all started. My teeth are barely showing and have been worn down for years. When I was 16 I was told it could wait til I was in my mid 20s but now they are saying it should have been done before and we are too far to wait much longer to do anything. I would be getting porcelain crowns on each and every tooth in order to save what is there and improve my bite strength. I am looking for about $10,000 to cover the initial cost to get it started. I do have insurance and have been advocating to use my medical insurance to help pay it due to the breakage being part of my medical disability. Insurance will only cover up to $2,000. Please share and donate as you are able. I appreciate it so much and and been needing this done for years.
