Ash’s Leg Amputation

Most recent update: her jaw has healed and she is good as new in that department. Unfortunately her leg isn’t healing like we were hoping and she is in need of an amputation. The longer she goes without the more pain she is in. Any help is appreciated and will be paid forward.
My name is Nicole and unfortunately we need some extra help with our pups jaw surgery. A large dog attacked our two month old puppy Ash and broke her jaw leaving a large hole in her bottom jaw and breaking her front leg. We have her currently on medication to prevent infection and further pain. Unfortunately we have to see a doggy dentist to fix her jaw before any infection sets in or there could be further complications. That being said we do not have the funds available for an expensive surgery like that. So we are asking for some help. Ash is such a fighter, still eating and drinking despite the pain and wagging her tale every time one of our 7 kiddos walks by. She’s so spirited and strong and she deserves to live.
Update: 3/6/24
Ash has managed to close the hole on her own and seems her mouth shifted back to place and is healing. Only time will tell if she will need anything done with her mouth because she’s a fighter and pulled a miracle. The specialist we saw today said she doesn’t see any reason for surgery at this time! She is seeing a specialist for her leg to see if we are able to save it with surgery. Anything is appreciated to help with the cost of this journey with this amazing pup. Including prayers!
Cast has been removed and she is aloud short breaks without her cone but is not aloud to chew!
