On Saturday August 19, 2023 Lamont Slaughter was returning home with his young sons & nieces. As they were entering their home a vehicle drove by and began shooting. Lamont acted as a shield and protected the kids, but was fatally shot.
This tragedy has effected his parents ( Rochelle Slaughter & Clifford Fantroy) as well as his 2 son’s , his 4 siblings, & other family members.
Lamont was an awesome Father, Brother, Son, & etc. He lived life to the fullest, but always made sure he supported his Family in many ways. He was a small business owner of a Lawn care service.
Everywhere he went people always remember him for his beautiful smile & his crazy jokes.
He left this earth leaving his 2 sons who are now going to need their village of love.
