It broke my heart when my friend Devendra Chiliwal from India told me he can't finish his education due to financial reasons. He needs one more year of school to get a good enough job so he can work while finishing his master's degree. (update) He is now enrolled in the Krishna Las Academy in Haldwani. He has 10 more months remaining, and will finish his coaching in May 2025. He still needs help for his rent and food. He can't live at his home because it is a 2-hour drive from his school and there is no reliable transportation for him to use. I also want to say how much I support him at the age of 32 dedicated only to getting a good education before settling down to marry or have children! In his culture he is one in a million! In a country that is the most populated of the world now, where babies are being dumped into garbage bins and homelessness and poverty is everywhere! I commend him on his dedication to his education even though he is the only one in his family unmarried with his entire family and culture pressuring him to get married. I am very upset that people are blocking him instead of supporting him. His village is just 8 KM from Herakhan ashram and he has been going there since he was ten.
