Helping a co-worker and friend

Hi, My name is Kelly Holden. A coworker/friend has been in and out of the hospital since 2022 for various medical reasons. Two weeks ago he suffered a mini stroke, and yesterday his spleen ruptured. Sadly, at the young age of 43, his organs are beginning to fail.

As you go about your day, be thankful for the gifts of sitting up in bed, standing, walking, breathing in the cool fall morning air, and many more. Be grateful for these blessed gifts. JR and his family need our love, support and prayers. In addition to our emotional support, JR and his family need financial aid as they face the difficult challenges of the mounting medical bills. His wife of 25 years, Alisha, has not left his side and they have no income at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
