In Memory of Colin David Gaffey

On Monday, January 4th, 2016, Sean and Jen wecomed Colin David Gaffey into this world at 7:55 P.M.  He was 5lbs 8oz, 18 inches long.

He was the bravest, strongest fighter, most loveable and sweet little boy. He taught Sean and Jen how  to be the most unconditional loving and supportive parents. He taught everyone around him about having faith, hope, little baby steps, and having deep and caring uncondional love for their family, friends, and community. Colin said goodbye to his parents, being held in their arms, surrounded by all of his family members on Wednesday, January 20th, 2016 at 8pm.

Sean and Jen buried Colin on Monday, January 25th, 2016. Colin is in heaven now. He will always be with us looking over us and loving us. He was their fighter and little man. We all love and miss you, Colin David Gaffey.
Please hold your children, loved ones, friends and family very close. Give them kisses and hugs as often as possible because you never know when it might be your last.

I am Erin Kolak, Sean's sister.  Many people have come forward asking to give money as a way to help Sean and Jen during this difficult time.  My hope is that any money raised could help offset medical costs or go towards research once doctors are able to determine why Colin was so sick.  We were all overwhelmed by the outpouring of love recieved at Colin's funeral.  I know any money raised will mean the world to Sean and Jen.
