Aspen’s fight with Cervical Cancer

My name is Taryn and many of you know my best friend Aspen. We have a relationship unlike many, and while Aspen is my absolute best friend, she’s also my son’s Bonus Momma.

Aspen was recently diagnosed with Cervical Cancer. We were expecting for her to be able to have a hysterectomy and put this behind her, but unfortunately that is no longer an option. Her cancer is too far progressed and she will have to have 5 weeks of chemotherapy 5 days a week, followed by radiation. Her husband works out of town to provide for their family, which means Aspen and the kids will be moving in with her mom and stepdad while she goes through treatment so that she can have help with her babies and round the clock care, if needed.

It has been laid on my heart to try and help with anything I can, so with their permission, I am starting this fundraiser to help with any expenses they may occur. Gas, food, treatment and testing costs, etc.

I know times are tough for everyone right now, so if you cannot donate, please share and pray for her, her husband, kids and family as we get ready to fight with her. We serve a mighty God and I know he’s holding Aspen in the palm of his hand through this fight with Cervical cancer.
