Asphault millings easier wheel chair driveway

Hi my name is Jason miles. I'm 38 and have been diabetic since I was 4. It has taken a lot from me. I have am amputated leg and cannot walk yet. I am awaiting a kidney and pancreas transplant as we speak. I just am getting over double covid and now have covid lung. I am at a rehab hospital trying to strengthen my legs a bit to maybe stand alone one day worth a walker. I live alone but have help from family and my 20 year old daughter. I am just looking to make my life easier. A smooth flat hard driveway will do that and make things easily mobile for me. The area I need done is under my car port which is 20x25 and the rest of the driveway maybe 18ft x 45ft as think as possible. 3 to 4 inches thick. I have researched and assphault milling seems to be the moist cost effective. I'm disabled and draw the bare minimum. So I've save a little change through the years but not nearly enough. Anything will be a blessed donation and all will go to this project. Thank you so much.
