My name is Rich. My wife and I recently have had several hiccups with our health that have caused missed work and medical bills which has set us behind financially.

We've burned through what little savings we've had in the time that my wife has been off on FMLA and we've hit the point my day job isn't enough to keep everything going.

Our family of three, my wife, our youngest child, and I need to ensure a roof over our heads.

Everything we get will go towards the recent medical bills and catching up on the bills we're behind on and keeping us afloat until my wife is able to get cleared medically to get back to work.
