Assist Agustin's Family with Medical and Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
On August 10th, 2024, my uncle Agustin Sanchez Samano passed away alone in a hospital bed in Indiana due to a malignant brain tumor that developed into cancer. He had been bedridden for months, experiencing homelessness and joblessness after not being able to work due to his illness. He had no immediate family living with him but an autistic son, who he had custody of. He never let his brothers and sisters in Mexico know about his situation because he didn’t want to become a burden for them. It was days before his death when doctors advised him to let his family know about his situation because he was terminal, and the doctors gave him days to live.
We are unsure how the situation will develop, who will take care of his son, medical bills, and funeral expenses including the repatriation of his body to his hometown in Mexico where his parents (my grandparents) are buried as all this will be very costly and everybody in the family is helping out economically to solve all these issues as soon as possible so he can go to his final resting place. Any help, as minimal as it is, would be greatly appreciated.
God bless and thank you.
