Assist Anthony with His Mother's Final Farewell
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to share something deeply personal and to ask for your support during an incredibly challenging time for my family and me. We recently lost my beloved mom, who was born in 1963 and raised in Wethersfield, Connecticut. She was adopted by Ludolf William Megow and Norma Rose Megow, and she shared a special bond with her dear sister, Joann.
Growing up, my mom cherished her childhood summers spent at her parents’ lake house on Lake George in upstate New York. Those days were filled with swimming, celebrating birthdays, holidays, and attending church—each moment a testament to the love and joy of family. The excitement she felt during those summers was unmatched; the lake was her happy place.
A true lover of music, my mom found joy in the sounds of alternative rock, with favorites like The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Bob Marley, and Bob Dylan echoing through her life. For the past decade, she was a dedicated waitress at Wampanoag in West Hartford, working tirelessly to support her son, Anthony. Her greatest joy was making him happy, and she poured her heart into everything she did.
My mom leaves behind Anthony, the light of her life, whom she loved unconditionally. From trips to New York City—where she won an exciting trip from 93.7 radio station, allowing us to visit 106 and Park on MTV—to countless birthday parties and Christmas celebrations, her love was evident in every moment they shared. She would often say, “I love you with every part of my body,” a testament to the depth of her affection.
As we navigate this immense loss, we are also faced with the unexpected financial burden of her funeral expenses. We want to honor her memory with a beautiful farewell that reflects the love she shared with us all.
I am reaching out to ask for your help. Any contributions, no matter how small, would ease our financial stress and allow us to focus on celebrating her remarkable life. Your support, whether through donations or sharing this message, means the world to us during this difficult time.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. We are truly grateful for your kindness and support.
