Help Brandon Zaner’s Family after Tragic Loss

My name is Steve Zaner. I am the oldest brother of Brandon David Zaner. Brandon was tragically taken from his family in a senseless and random act of violence on December 21, 2024. Brandon was shot and killed at a gas station in Warren, Michigan, on the evening of December 21st when he stopped to get a cup of coffee on his way to work.

Brandon leaves behind two young children: Lincoln (age 12) and McKinley (age 8). He is also survived by his grieving mother, Donna; his brothers Steve (Jennifer), Lenny (Jenny), Ryan (Janet), Justin, Jordan; his former wife Amanda; and a loving extended family.

The family is seeking donations to help assist with Brandon's funeral expenses and to help support his children's expenses as they navigate the rest of their lives without their father.

Visitation will be 2-7pm on Thursday, December 26th, with funeral service at 7pm at Hauss Modetz in Macomb, Michigan.
