Assist Chiquita Prince's Family in Their Time of Need

Hello family and friends, I’m writing this on behalf of our mom, Chiquita Prince. She transitioned on Sept 7, 2024. My mom was an amazing person who enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, catering (The Army & The Brick), and being a teacher (Nuner Elementary, Darden Elementary & Damar Health Services).

Chiquita leaves behind 3 children (Travion, Trashon & Taliah) and 3 grandchildren (Za'mira, Za'kir, Za'nova) who are currently struggling to lay our mother to rest. Those of you who may not know what’s going on or what occurred; my mom was living a peaceful, happy & adventurous life until one day an ER visit turned into a nightmare. Chiquita went months without knowing cancer was growing inside her due to the misdiagnosis she was given. In December 2023, we got news that my mom was already suffering from stage 4 colon cancer, and by that time, treatments still were not happening. By 2024, Chiquita was approved for chemo, but by that time, chemo and radiation just didn’t do anything for her. Chiquita had a life insurance policy that lapsed due to her illness, and unfortunately, we’re struggling to cover the final expenses.

We’re seeking any donations to assist us with her funeral costs and arrangements.
