Assist in Braxton III's Accessibility Needs
I'm Braxton Jr. My son Braxton III was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last week. I'm asking for help to have our bathtub converted to a walkin shower and have our deck remodeled for a wheelchair ramp. I'll probably have to convert our living room to a bedroom because he will not be able to go up the steps to his bedroom. I thank you for any and all contributions. I'll keep everyone posted on his progress and thank you so much for your donations.
Good news, Braxton has done very good with his physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy and will be coming home tomorrow. He will still require outpatient rehab several times a week and visits to the neurologist for additional testing and treatments. Once again, we'd like to thank everyone who has sent a donation and we are still working toward our goal.
Update, July 19....Braxton starts his outpatient physical and occupational therapy Monday afternoon. He's doing better after being discharged from the hospital but is still having issues with walking, going up and down stairs and getting in and out of the shower/bathtub. He continues to have short term memory loss, he can remember things that happened 20 years ago, but can't remember what happened 20 minutes ago. Thanks again to those who have donated to this GoFundMe fund.
