Assist in Daniel's Farewell and Family Relief

My name is Jessica Rickert. On Friday July 5, 2024, my dad Daniel Vieni unexpectedly went into V Fib and cardiac arrest while working on my parents' house. EMS restarted his heart, but he was unresponsive. After 3 days in the ICU, we got the results of the CT scan and was told there was no brain activity. Our dad passed away yesterday July 12th after being on life support. In addition to a lack of medical funds, we lack funds to hold a funeral for my dad. He always told us he wanted to be burried and not cremated, so we want to follow his wishes. After retiring, my dad did not have life insurance and shortly before this happened, my dad was randomly kicked off medicaid and had no medical insurance. Something that has been an on again off again problem for a few years now. After my mom's stroke in 2020, she became disabled and unable to work. Please, if you can donate anything to help us with funeral costs, it would be greatly appreciated by us kids as a way to bring some relief to our mom and family.
