Assist in Honoring Jeffery's Memory

My good friends name is Jeffery A Smith. jeff had lots of health problems but never had the funds to afford a good doctor. His main issue was with his lungs, they were starting to go out and he needed a transplant. Jeff’s appointment was in 6 months but unfortunately, jeff was unable to make it. Jeff does not have family and very little friends. He left his wife alone and without a way to afford his funeral.
