Assist in Overcoming Unfair Apartment Debt

Our old apartment complex is exploiting a legal loophole in the contract to keep me on their books for 1 additional month. Our legal dispute was dismissed in favor of the apartment. Our current financial situation is now paycheck to paycheck with the rent subject to exorbitant late fees. I had been communicating with management about my move-out process months prior, but as management changed hands mid-year, none of my communication was received by the new administration due to lack of leadership within the apartment company.
