Assist Jeremy Cusack's Kids in Settling His Estate

There was a horrible ATV accident that resulted in the loss of my father's, Jeremy Cusack's, life on July 13, 2024. He served in the Marines after high school but does not receive benefits, nor did he have much money, a will, life insurance, or other precautionary measures for such an incident to happen at 49 years old. He recently worked hard after his divorce to start over by progressing his career to become a master plumber but worked for a small company.

I, Eainn Cusack, at 21, am put in charge of handling all his affairs while being a full-time student with a part-time job. He has a 16-year-old daughter as well who is a high school student and part-time worker who is included equally in his estate with me.

We would greatly like to keep the home we grew up in and are requesting monetary assistance in settling his estate by helping pay his small debt and legal fees involved.
