Assist Joe's Mom in This Difficult Time

My name’s Joe Torres.

I’m raising money for my mom, Charlene. She’s been financially struggling since my dad went into the hospital for some significant health issues. She had to leave her job and my dad is out of commission from his. Due to this there is not much money coming in to help with bills.

My dad has been in and out of the hospital for the past few months for issues with his kidneys. Recently multiple other health issues all came to a head at once - kidneys issues, fluid in his lungs, and fluid near one of his heart valves. The doctor’s have tried several different treatment options - none of which seem to be working effectively. He is now in palliative care.

Our focus is to be present with him during this season of his life.

The doctor’s estimation is that he’ll have maybe another week of life here.
